Use of My Apps

AI Image Generation

User Responsibilities for Image Generation

By using the AI image generation functionality in any of my Apps, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit (e.g., images, prompts) for image generation. You must ensure that the content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• You may not use the AI image generation tools to create or distribute inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise offensive content, including but not limited to violent, hateful, or sexually explicit images.
• Generated images may be influenced by publicly available data, and I make no guarantees regarding their originality or the legality of their use in commercial contexts.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

The AI-generated images created using my Apps are influenced by various sources, including publicly available data. It is your responsibility to ensure that any generated images comply with copyright and intellectual property laws if you intend to use them, especially for commercial purposes. I disclaim any liability for claims related to copyright infringement, and you agree to indemnify me for any such claims arising from your use of the generated images.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload any content that:

• Violates the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or violence.
• Involves the likeness or personal information of individuals without their consent.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to my Apps without notice and may result in legal action.

AdMob Advertising

My Apps include advertisements provided by AdMob. By using my Apps, you agree to the placement of these advertisements. I am not responsible for the content of the advertisements and make no representations or warranties regarding the products or services offered by third-party advertisers.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Services

Some of my Apps offer subscription services that allow you to remove advertisements and access additional features. Subscription fees and billing cycles will be clearly indicated in the Apps.

Payment and Billing

By subscribing to my services, you authorize me to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Changes to the Terms

My Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use my Apps.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of my servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from my Apps.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through my Apps by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content.
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via my Apps.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
